You acknowledge and agree that by (i) visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the Paircode service, (ii) clicking “Sign up”, “Purchase”, “Submit”, “Start a Session” or similar links, or (iii) signing or confirming a subscription order or other agreement incorporating these Terms of Use, that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, irrespective of whether you are a guest or a registered user of the site. If you do not agree to these terms, we request that you do not access or use the site.

●	falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity including, but not limited to, the use of a pseudonym or misrepresenting your affiliations with a person or entity, past or present
●	force headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through our service
●	scrape any part of the website and/or the service either directly or using any add-ons
●	interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers, or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to our service

You warrant that all user content related to your use of the Site complies with our Acceptable Use Policy, and you will be liable and held responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of this warranty.

We are not responsible and accept no liability for any user content including any such content that contains incorrect information or is defamatory. We accept no obligation to screen, edit, or monitor any user content but we reserve the right to remove any user content reported to us as having been a violation of our terms.
